　　余新志,著名学者、书画大家,1941 年农历 9 月 15 日生于四川乐山,现居北京。成吉思汗黄金家族后裔。现中国沫若书画院终身院长,国家一级美术师,中国国礼艺术大师, 中国陶行知教育基金会艺术总监、艺术委员会副主席,香港文联副主席,中原书画院高级艺术顾问, 英国皇家艺术研究院院士、教授,中国诗书画院名誉院长,中国历史博物馆艺术委会员委员,兰州大学、西南交通大学美术教授,中国海峡两岸书画名家联谊会副主席等职。2021 年被评为《艺术百年:新中国十大巅峰艺术家》。

　　Yu Xinzhi, a renowned scholar and master of calligraphy andpainting, was born on September 15,1941 in Leshan, Sichuan, and currently resides in Beijing. Descendants of Genghis Khan's Golden Family.He is currently the lifelong dean of China Moruo Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a national first-class artist, a master of Chinese national ritual art, the artistic director and vice chairman of the Art Committee of China Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation,vice chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, senior art consultant of the Central Plains Academy of Painting and Calligraphy,academician and professor of the Royal Academy ofArt,honorary dean of China Academy of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, member of the Art Committee of the Museum of Chinese History, and art professors of Lanzhou University and Southwest Jiaotong University, Vice Chairman and other positions of the Cross Strait Calligraphers and PaintersAssociation of China.In 2021, he was named one of the Top Ten Artists of New China in the Art Century.
