　　郜毛德，男，汉，1961 年 3 月 27 日出生，山西太原人。斋号:儒韵斋主，字:润德。中共党员，政工师职称，

　　1985 年毕业于中国书画函授大学，1990 年山西大学毕业。中国书法家协会会员。国家高级书法师，国礼艺术家。优秀书画导师。现任全国书画艺术委员会副主席,香港特别行政区文化艺术界联合会书法家协会会员,山西老年书画委员会学术委员,永聚贤艺术交流会副会长，中国东方巨龙艺术家研究协会会员，中宣盛世国际书画院理事，山西龙城书画院副院长,作品多次刊登并发表在中华网及各大核心期刊杂志上。

　　2018 年 12 月在第二届"国粹杯"全国篆刻书画艺术大赛中,荣获铜奖。2020 年 4 月取得中国文化艺术人才管理中心ㄍ中国高级文化艺术人才证书》。职称为:国家一级书法师。2021 年五月取得中华人民共和国高级职称:国家高级书法师。

　　2019 年 2 月参加第三届"当代杯"书画摄影大赛中获得优秀奖。同月取得“当代文化艺术人才库入编证书"。3 月参加《艺巡中华公益文化活动》荣获 2019年新春杯全国书画大赛优秀奖。5 月参加《艺巡中华公益文化活动荣获第二届盛世中国杯全国书画大赛三等奖。同年书法作品被中国邮政总局录用并发行个人邮票册做为国家名片在全国限量发行。同年个人作品被编入权威巨制《中国书画家大百科》中，并授予"复兴中华杰出书画艺术大家"称号。

　　2020 年 7 月为山西第九批援鄂抗疫医疗队捐赠32 幅书法作品。12 月参加 2020 文化中国,中国文化进万家优秀传统文化高峰论坛(文昌)活动中被授予"中国文化进万家(书画艺术)年度优秀人物 2021 年 3月荣获中国文化进万家博整论坛文化赋能优秀代表人物奖。2022 年 2 月作品入编巜中国艺术家大典》，同时荣获"当代杰出艺术家"荣誉称号。2022 年 4 月荣获:中国文化艺术国际传播大使称号。民族文化艺术传播大使。

The current Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, member of the Calligraphers Association of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Federation of Cultural and Art Circles, academic committee member of the Shanxi Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Committee, Vice President of the Yongjuxian Art Exchange Association, member of the China Oriental Dragon Artists Research Association, director of the Zhongxuan Shengshi International Calligraphy and Painting Academy,and vice president of Shanxi Longcheng Calligraphy and Painting Academy. His works have been published multiple times on the Chinese website and major core journals.

　　In December 2018, he won a bronze medal in the second National Seal Engraving, Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition of the"National Essence Cup". Obtained the China Advanced Cultural andArtistic Talent Certificate from the China Cultural and Artistic Talent Management Center in April 2020. Title: National First Class Calligrapher. Obtained the title of National Senior Calligrapher of the People's Republic of China in May 2021.

　　In July 2020, 32 calligraphy works were donated to the ninth batch of anti epidemicmedical teams in Shanxi Province.
