　　Jiang Zhi an, formerly known as Jiang Zhi an, was born in 1947 with the courtesy name Jiangshan and was from Yugan,Jiangxi. National first-class artist, national first-class calligrapher, member of the Central Organ Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of the Central Radio and Television Cultural and Tourism Development Center, Art Advisor of Xinhai Group, Artistic Merit Award for Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Intangible Cultural Heritage, Art Advisor of the Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Figure Yearbook, certified and rigorously reviewed by the ISQ Art Market of the China Art Appraisal Committee, awarded the title of Famous Artist. In 2005, won the Gold Award in Calligraphy and Painting Art at the First Celebrity Forum of the Great Hall of the People, In 2023, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the National Artist Information PublicityCenter awarded the Outstanding Artist Lifetime Achievement Award in Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, the World Cultural and Art Lifetime Achievement Award, and the title of Chinese Contemporary Art Master. The International Federation of Culture and Art and other units awarded the Top 10 Outstanding Figures and Figures of 2023 globally. The Beijing Hanlin Calligraphy and Painting Academy invited a special professor,and the China Modern and Contemporary Art Master Approval Committee approved it as the People's Republic of China Art Master, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has made "Tao Hun" into a national gift porcelain plate and presented it to 193 countries. The Foreign Affairs Working Committee has awarded Jiang Gong'an the honorary title of International Representative of Chinese Culture and Art and Diplomatic Ambassador of Great Powers. He is also a specially invited academician of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Central Government Calligraphers Association,the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Radio and Television The Chief Artist of Foreign Culture and Trade jointly launched by the General Administration of Pressand Publication, Art Advisor of the Social Art Professional Committee of the China Oriental Culture Research Association of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Vice Chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary Dean of the Chinese Academy of Painting, Doctoral Supervisor of the Oxford Academy of Art, Chinese National Art Artist, Senior Honorary Advisor of the New Shenzhou Academy of Art in Singapore,Lifetime Honorary Dean and Professor of the Taiwan Palace Museum Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and Artist of National Merit. The work has been collected by various Marshal Memorial Halls, collectors from Europe, America, SoutheastAsia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as art academies and collection units at home and abroad. He has published Dahongpao's Collection of Paintings of Modern and Contemporary Chinese Masters - Jiang'an, Chinese Artists Going to the World- Jiang'an, Cultural Envoy of the the Belt and Road - Jiang'an,a collection of crystal glaze paintings, Chinese paintings, and dozens of collections of calligraphy and paintings. Works have been featured multiple times in the two sessions of the Central Committee; People's Daily, People's Political Consultative Conference, People's Representative, Children of China,Jianbao, CCTV, Jiangxi TV and other media have all reported.
