　　秦全，字海峰，墨韵堂主人，祖籍：甘肃静宁，中共党员，现居北京。

　　自幼临习书法，师承于欧阳中石大师亲传，先后在中国书法家协会高研班学习，清华大学书画髙研班学习深造，在书画艺术道路上取得了明显成就，书法和绘画作品曾多次参加入选全国及国際书画展十余次並获得业内学者的髙度评价，被多家媒体和书刊书报纷纷报到及艺术成就。长期坚持公益拍卖活动，並捐献于贫困地区孤寡老人及希望学校，被国家慈善总会被誉为《最具爱心书画艺术家》，书法作品被全国知名企业家，演艺明星以及海内外知名人士广泛收藏及好评，被誉好中国艺坛十大功勋人物。

　　现为：北京荣寶签约艺术家、全国中小学语文软笔书法汉字审核主编、盛世收藏，国玺文化传承人、CCTV 中央广播电视台文化强国全国首批历史文化传承人，鉴约艺术家、清华大学客座教授、中国书法家协会会员、甘肃省书法家协会会员、甘肃省美术家协会会员、中国书画院院士、中国书画研究院院士、中国炎黄书画院院士、中国国画院兰州分院副院长、金砖国家文化传播大使、世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长。

　　I have been learning calligraphy since childhood and was personally taught by Master Ouyang Zhongshi.I have studied in the advanced class of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and the advanced class of calligraphy and painting at Tsinghua University. I have made significant achievements in the field of calligraphy and painting art. My calligraphy and painting works have been selected for more than ten national and international calligraphy and painting exhibitions and have received high praise from scholars in the industry.
